GarSync is a professional sports assistant. To ensure the integrity of your workout data, when you start recording an activity (such as Outdoor Run, Cycling, or Indoor Workout) or hypnosis sound playback, the app will launch Foreground Services:

1. Activity Tracking & Location (FOREGROUND_SERVICE_LOCATION): Ensures continuous GPS tracking in the background or when the screen is locked, preventing workout route interruption or data loss.

2. Sensor & Health Data (FOREGROUND_SERVICE_HEALTH): Maintains stable background Bluetooth connections with external sensors (such as Heart Rate Monitors, Power Meters) to record physiological metrics.

3. The Hypnosis (FOREGROUND_SERVICE_MEDIA_PLAYBACK): Provides real-time background audio play (rain, forest, occean, etc.) to help on sleep.

You can stop activity recording in the app at any time, which will immediately terminate the foreground services and release all resources.
