Exercise during / after pregnancy

Welcome to the ultimate training app for you who want to train smart and fun during and after pregnancy!

Instead of letting the decision anxiety eat up precious training time, you will in the app get suggestions on which workout you should train today. Just set how much time you have and if you have any tools available, we will serve you a workout whether you are at home in the living room or in the gym.

Level system

We have developed a level system that extends from early pregnancy until you may be so recovered from childbirth that you can train unhindered. By choosing a level, you will know that you always get suggestions for training sessions that suit you. Is the level starting to get too easy or difficult? Change level with a simple push of a button.

Exercise bench

Are you unsure of how to perform a particular movement? In the "exercise bank" you will find videos and detailed descriptions for all exercises!

Filtration

You can easily filter among the workouts by choosing the desired length, focus area and what equipment you have available.
