Employee can create a new ticket, where all the tickets are listed, and can filter out tickets based on specific parameters Users will be able to View all the tickets, navigate to each of the ticket and response via email or within the app itself, user can also add an attachment with the response via email and also can view the attachments, add a resolution to the ticket, view the journey of the ticket, change the status of the ticket, change the ticket assigned person, filter out tickets based on specific fields and provide feedback of the employee after successful completion of the ticket. This will save time for doing it manually.

The system also provides email notifications to the employee if any resolution has been added to the ticket or any response via email.
