Start with a photo

Choose a front or side full-body photo. BodyMagic finds the positions of your ears, shoulders, pelvis, and knees and shows guide lines over the image. Check the lines yourself and adjust them when needed.

BodyMagic suggests today's exercises for the areas you reviewed. Every routine is exactly seven minutes. Follow the step timer in order, pause when you need to, and resume when you are ready.

A 60-second check before exercise

Before a routine, check for pain, numbness, a recent injury, dizziness, weakness, or other uncomfortable symptoms. If you report these symptoms, BodyMagic does not recommend exercising and guides you to seek professional advice.
