This application includes customer service, sales service, and after-sales service modules. The customer service module includes behavior records and status updates such as leads management, leads allocation, leads follow-up, test drive information registration, and sales order conversion; The sales service module includes customer information records, vehicle information records, order saving and submission; The after-sales service module includes the creation and confirmation of appointment orders, vehicle inspection records, and customer confirmation.

The application also supports user information viewing, to-do tracking, system message reminders, and supports language switching between Chinese, English, and Thai.
