Fithor is an app for managing daily muscle training and other training executions, records and schedules.

## How to use

1. Register the training menu from the "Menu" tab.

2. Create a program on the "Program" tab and register the menu combination.

3. A weekly schedule will be generated on the Exercise tab.

4. Perform and record today's exercise.
