The Gdańsk Contact Center application is a tool for efficient communication between residents and the City Hall in Gdańsk and municipal units.

With the app you can:

- report problems requiring the intervention of services, such as: breakdowns, breaks in roads, suggestions for changes in traffic organization,

- check the stage of implementation and the method of solving the case,

Thanks to the application, the city can:

- respond quickly and effectively to information about important problems,

- supervise the process of handling requests,

- inform residents about the completion of reported matters.

The system is not used to report matters related to a direct threat to life or health, which should be reported to the emergency number 112.
