Lightweight

Lightweight is a workout tracker for people who take strength training seriously.

No bloat. No social feed. No nutrition charts. One job: log your sets and break your last PR.

WHAT YOU GET

Progressive overload, made obvious.

Every session shows you exactly what you did last time. ↑ +2.5 kg, = same, ↓ -5 kg — right next to the input. You

always know what to beat.

Personal records, automatically detected.

The moment you log a heavier weight or a better estimated 1RM, the app flags it as a PR. Per exercise, per session,

never missed.

A session screen built for the gym.

Custom numeric pad — no fighting the system keyboard. Auto-advance between sets and exercises. Big numbers, big

buttons.

Rest timer that doesn't get in your way.

Auto-starts when you mark a set complete. Floating puck, expand to full screen, ±10s fine-tune. Sound + haptic at

zero.

Custom exercises, custom workouts.

Build your routine the way you actually train. Reorder workouts and exercises. Add notes per session.

Supersets.

Group 2 or 3 exercises. Sets alternate. One shared rest timer.

Bodyweight tracking.

Log it, see the trend in your profile.

Exercise detail.

Tap any exercise name to see full history, estimated 1RM progression, last 5 sessions.
