The Brotherhood of Santa Casa de Misericórdia de São José dos Campos, launches this application with the objective of bringing greater mobility and agility to the internal Maintenance and Engineering teams.

This application automatically searches from the SoulMV ERP for the OS pending service after qualification by the service sector and guidance to the responsible technician.

This 1st version brings to the professional involved in meeting the Service Orders of each workshop, their OS's that are OPEN pending service and already classified by priority.

When logging in, the user receives notifications from the management area on his Home and in his menu there is the option of accessing his list of Service Orders (My OS's).

In the list of OS's it allows the consultation of all data and includes the SERVICES for attendance and conclusion of the same, being able to involve other professionals of the same workshop for conclusion or assistance.

After completing the Services, the system allows for a change in the Status of the OS and can COMPLETE or update with a status consistent with the stage of the process. When updating this data, the system requests the ASSESSMENT of the service requester to complete the process and remove it from the list of pending issues, all online.

The system in backoffce checks at all times if it has new OS for the person in charge and sends a PUSH notification alerting of the need.

With this resource, it seeks to bring greater mobility to the maintenance and engineering team, responding quickly to internal demands.
