- Simple features for symptom logging and audio and text-based journaling.

- A library of hormonal health articles, movement and mindfulness videos and nutritional tips.

Moody Month also integrates with leading health apps like Fitbit, Garmin, and Oura. Connect your wearable device to see how your health data corresponds with your menstrual cycle.

Moody Month Membership

Moody Month offers two auto-renewing subscription options (monthly and annual), as well as a lifetime option:

- The subscription options will automatically renew unless canceled in your Google Play Store settings at least 24 hours before the trial or subscription period ends. You can go to your Google Play Store account settings to manage your subscription and turn off auto-renew. Your Google Play Store account will be charged when the purchase is confirmed.

- The Lifetime option is paid for by a one-off upfront payment and gives you unlimited access to the Moody Month Membership forever.

This option involves a one-time upfront payment that grants you unlimited access to the Moody Month Membership for life.
