WaRobot

WaRobot Console puts your WhatsApp AI customer service in your pocket.

WaRobot runs an AI agent that answers your customers on WhatsApp automatically — replying to questions, following up on leads, and handling routine requests around the clock. This app is the staff console: it's how your team stays connected to those conversations and steps in whenever a human touch is needed.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• View live conversations — see every open and resolved WhatsApp chat your AI agent is handling, updated in real time.

• Take over instantly — pause the AI and reply as yourself with one tap. Hand the conversation back to the AI when you're done.

• Reply with photos and documents — send images or PDFs straight from your phone, not just text.

• Quick reply templates — answer common questions faster with pre-written responses.

• Manage your knowledge base — add, edit, or remove the information your AI agent uses to answer customers, by pasting text, a URL, or uploading a file.

• Switch between workspaces — if you support more than one business, move between them without logging out.

• Track usage and credits — check your plan, AI message usage, and credit balance at a glance.

• Get notified — push notifications alert you when a customer needs a human reply.

WHO'S IT FOR

WaRobot is built for small and medium businesses that use WhatsApp for sales and support — from schools and clinics to online sellers and service providers. This app is for staff and business owners who need to monitor and manage their AI-handled conversations on the move, without being tied to a desktop.

A WaRobot workspace is required to use this app. Visit warobot.app to learn more.
