Connect one or more PostHog accounts securely with OAuth, choose the organisations and projects that belong in your inbox, and manage customer conversations wherever you are.

With PostHog Support you can:

- View open, pending and resolved tickets across selected projects

- Search conversations and see message totals at a glance

- Read complete conversation threads

- Reply directly to customers

- Distinguish your replies from messages sent by teammates

- Enable project-level push notifications for new customer replies

- Manage connected accounts, permissions and project scope

Your PostHog credentials remain under your control. Access is granted through PostHog OAuth and can be disconnected at any time.
