The presence of SINKRON makes it easy for BPJS Health Employees (all job titles) who carry out SiBLing activities (Supervise, Prove, and See Directly) and Customer Visits at Advanced Level Referral Health Facilities.

Through SiBLing, BPJS Health will obtain the real facts regarding the provision of excellent services provided by health facilities to JKN Participants in the context of improving and improving service quality.

Apart from that, SINKRON also supports the implementation of Customer Visits carried out by BPJS Health Employees at Advanced Level Referral Health Facilities (FKRTL) specifically for the job title Education and Handling Participant Complaints in Hospitals (EP3RS).

The Customer Visit will provide an overview of the services provided by FKRTL to JKN Participants, as well as provide education to JKN Participants according to their needs.

Available features include:

- Check in and out of employees who will carry out SiBLing or Customer Visit.

- SiBLing Form, for inputting the results of SiBLing implementation at FKTP and FKRTL.

- Customer Visit Form, to input the results of the Customer Visit implementation at FKRTL.

- Achievements, to find out the number of health facilities implemented by SiBLing and the number of participants who received customer visits.
