Toki

Start a new habit with small daily steps and experience how it produces big results over time. The app makes exercise easy, motivating and completely effortless.

Health benefits

Even short sessions give the body better blood circulation, more oxygen to the brain and a boost in energy and well-being. Over time, your heart, lungs and motivation are strengthened without it feeling like hard exercise.

Exercise data via Health Connect

Toki connects to Health Connect to automatically retrieve exercise data. Here's how the data is used:

• Exercise Sessions (ExerciseSession): The app reads exercise sessions such as running, walking and hiking to track your daily activity and build streaks.

• Distance (Distance): The app reads distance covered in exercise sessions to show progress and motivate you with concrete statistics.

• Pedometer: The app reads step data to provide a comprehensive overview of your daily activity.

All data from Health Connect is only used locally in the app to show your progress and motivate you to continue. No health data is shared with third parties.

Motivation along the way:

• Daily reminders help you stay on track

• Positive feedback after each run

• Streaks and stats to show how far you’ve come

• Simple and clear design makes it easy to keep going

• Automatic sync of training data from Health Connect

The app is designed to be low-threshold so you can start anywhere, whether you can manage 50 meters or 5 kilometers. Small steps turn into big changes when you stick to the habit.

Build a lasting habit. Experience mastery. One meter at a time.
