Balloon offers you a pleasant introduction to the world of meditation with guided meditations and helps to bring more mindfulness and relaxation into your life, reduce stress and sleep better.

Our app offers a variety of meditation and mindfulness courses. Here you'll find quick and easy access to audio meditations, breathing exercises, podcasts and much more. All content was developed by leading mindfulness experts in Germany, is scientifically based and spoken in German.

Head of the IAM – Institute for Mindfulness and Meditation. She conducted research at Harvard Medical School and received her doctorate in the field of neural mechanisms of mindfulness meditation.

Claudia Braun

As a consultant at the mindfulness agency Return on Meaning, she has several years of experience as a trained mediation coach.
