I am a personal trainer, CROSSFIT athlete and MOM
In my social networks I manage to connect with the female audience at different stages, with my fitness, maternity content and with my life line. I have managed to take my body through different processes, and as I trained and learned from different disciplines at FIT ON, several of them were merged to promote real fitness. A fitness that catches you, between motivation and discipline. All this accompanied by a balanced eating plan where learning to eat healthily is paramount, giving your body all the macronutrients it needs, getting out of eating schemes as a regimen if not really as a lifestyle. That is what I wanted to promote and train in my family and I hope you want to give yourself the opportunity to be part of this project.
