GAH Forms

GAH Forms is a dedicated business application intended exclusively for authorised employees of GAH.

The application provides secure access to digital company forms assigned to each employee by a GAH administrator. Access requires an authorised company profile linked to the employee’s email address. Available forms and permissions are checked against the company server whenever the application starts.

Employees can open and complete interactive PDF forms directly on an Android tablet. Text fields, checkboxes and other supported controls can be completed by touching the relevant area of the form. The fixed action bar remains available while the form is being edited.

Completed forms are automatically given a clear file name based on the values entered in fields selected by the administrator, together with the current date. Up to five photographs may be attached to a submission. When photographs are included, the completed PDF and images are placed together in a ZIP package.

After confirmation, completed documents can be passed to an installed email application with the recipient details configured by the GAH administrator. Where enabled by the company, submissions may instead be delivered securely to an authorised company network folder through the GAH Forms Gateway.

The application displays submission progress and status information and protects unfinished work from accidental loss. Forms are cleared only after a successful submission or an explicitly confirmed cancellation.

GAH Forms is an internal operational tool. It is not intended for members of the public, customers or users who have not received authorisation from GAH.
