Recovery Guide – self care

Recovery Guide is written to be supportive to your recovery. It’s divided into four

sections and contains, among other things, stories about recovery, where to turn to for support, and examples of things that have been helpful for others. It also includes tools for self-reflection on what you can do when you’re not feeling well.
