We teach you how to feel what good movement feels like in your body and how to identify when you are not moving well, by equipping you with the tools to train yourself effectively and safely. Without good form progress and performance can be hard to reach. Say yes to moving well to start kicking those performance goals today!

As an RPX premium member, you get one to one training support along with a program selected for your needs. In your one to one sessions, you will learn how to select movements and exercises that work for your body and your needs. We all move and learn differently so we make sure that each session taps into your learning style so you maximise the benefits of each session and progress well. Our programs are:

Self-guided programs:

- Goodbye stiff back and tight hips: Do you work in an office chair all day and feel stiff and tight? Learn movements that will unlock your hips and loosen your back, along with articles and tutorials on various ways to keep your back and hips healthy for a life of good movement.

- Exercise and nutrition for triathletes: Being a triathlete, moving well and eating the correct foods is essential for maintaining a high training load and smashing your races. You will learn safe and effective exercises to bring balance back into your body so you can recover quickly, build your muscular endurance and flexibility, and reduce your chance of injury. Gain the knowledge to select the right foods for training and racing from the team of sports dieticians at the Health and Performance Collective.

- Initial 45 minute online assessment so we can select exercises based on your needs

- A program with 3 movement-based sessions focused on your needs

- If you have a coach, we work with them to make sure your program fits in well around your training
