WOOP is an acronym for these four steps designed by Dr. Gabriel Ettingen.
It is not enough to imagine “after achieving” the goal.
It is a concept devised as an alternative to the idea that the concept of positive thinking, which tries to positively grasp all things that are often found in self-help books, does not make sense.
1. Wish
・・・ Write down considering the goals you want to achieve.

2. Outcome

3. Obstacle
・・・ Think in as much detail as possible about obstacles that will prevent you from achieving the results you imagined.
Think about what you can't do, such as "I'm tired of work" or "I'm busy and I don't have time", and what emotions and thoughts are disturbing me.
4. Plan
・・・ Thinking about what to do when the failure assumed in 3 occurs.
"Because I don't exercise, I start training." "I study on the commuter train or when I have some free time."
