📖 The Book of Simple Jurisprudence by Abu Hanifa Al-Numan 📖

By Abu Hanifa Al-Numan bin Thabit bin Marzban Al-Kufi

Enjoy reading the book “The Simplest Jurisprudence” by Abu Hanifa Al-Numan with the best application for books and stories, without the Internet, and many other features.

The book of simpler jurisprudence is considered the same as the book of greater jurisprudence, narrated by Abu Muti’, and it was known as the simpler jurisprudence to distinguish it from the greater jurisprudence, narrated by Hammad bin Abi Hanifa on the authority of his father. Abu Muti’ is Al-Hakam bin Abdullah Al-Balkhi, the companion of Abu Hanifa. He narrated on the authority of Abu Aoun and Hisham bin Hassan, on the authority of Ahmad bin Nuh, Khalid bin Salem Al-Saffar and a group, and the people of those lands gained jurisprudence from him. Abu Al-Layth Al-Samarqandi explained this treatise: The Greater Jurisprudence, narrated by Abu Muti’, known as the Simpler Jurisprudence. Abu Al-Layth died in the year 373 AH, and this explanation was incorrectly attributed to Abu Mansur Al-Maturidi. The simpler treatise on jurisprudence differs in style from the greater treatise on jurisprudence, as the verbal propositions contained in it are an answer to the questions of the Imam’s greatest student, Abu Muti’. We find in this treatise some detailed evidence for some theological issues, and the method of finding evidence for theological issues in simpler jurisprudence contradicts what he presented in greater jurisprudence, as in this message he answers the questions of Abu Muti’, and provides a complete clarification based on his clarification. Therefore, we find some theological issues in this treatise. The letter was given its full right to clarify in response to the student’s questions.
