What is Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT)?
CBT is the psychological therapy that has the highest scientific endorsement and is the most commonly used approach in face-to-face psychological therapy in Spain. It is based on the idea that our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors affect each other. Its goal is to change these thoughts and behaviors so that, by learning to think and do things differently, we can feel better.

Mindfulness is one of the most popular psychological practices at the present time. It helps us to live our everyday lives by paying attention to what we do at all times and enjoying it more. This practice is very valuable in a society characterized by the constant movement of individuals and where the levels of stress, anxiety and depression in the population increase day by day.
What do we call Positive Psychology?
Positive Psychology is based on the development of personal strengths, virtues, positive emotions, and well-being. For this reason, within the psychological perspective, those experiences that bring with them a positive emotional state are favored, as a form of "psychological anchors" that serve to prevent the consequences arising from negative thoughts and emotions.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Serenmind has multiple psychological programs, made up of 5-minute explanatory audio sessions and tools to put what you have learned into practice. You will be able to advance at your own pace, when and where you want.
You will meet Serena, our virtual assistant, who will guide you through the tools and will also recommend a personalized itinerary to your needs.
You can listen to the audios and practice with the tools as many times as you want or need to. Remember that you set the pace!
