Full Clear

Full Clear is a quit-porn app built on how habits actually work — not on shame, leaderboards or bro-science. Built for anyone trying to break a porn addiction, whether you count in streaks, call it a reboot, or have never used either word.

The streak, the urge log, the panic button and the first days of the program are free. Pro unlocks the full 30-day program, a plan for tonight built from your own logs, and your complete pattern.

A 30-DAY PROGRAM, TWO MINUTES A DAY

One short lesson a day: how the habit loop works, riding out an urge, if–then plans, sleep, boredom, loneliness, stress, what to do after a slip, and a plan you write in your own words. Each lesson ends with one thing to try and one question for your journal.

A PLAN FOR TONIGHT

Most relapses happen in the same few hours. Full Clear learns yours and warns you before the window opens, with one concrete move for the hour before it. With Pro the window comes from your real logs, along with the trigger that usually leads in and whether today is one of your harder days.

A PLAN FOR THE WORST TEN MINUTES

The panic button is free forever: face yourself with the front camera (nothing is recorded), box-breathe, read the reasons you wrote in a calmer moment, and ride out ninety seconds with something physical to do. Add an accountability partner and a ready-written text to them is one tap away.

YOUR TRIGGERS, NOT GENERIC ADVICE

Logging an urge is free and takes seconds: the hour, the feeling, the situation. The more you log, the more specific the picture gets — your risk hours, what precedes it, your hardest day, and whether your bad days bring the urges.

A STREAK YOU CAN TRUST

The count is derived from an append-only log, never stored as a number that can quietly drift. Corrections are recorded as corrections. If you relapse it drops to zero, visibly — loss aversion only works when the loss is real.

PROGRESS A RELAPSE CAN'T ERASE

A calendar of your clean days, your resistance rate (urges ridden out over urges logged), and badges for the things that only go up: your best run, urges ridden out, lessons finished. None of them reset.

RELAPSE IS DATA, NOT A RESET

The debrief walks three steps — what preceded it, one concrete change, where you actually stand. The change you choose is shown back to you at your next urge.

YOUR DEFINITION OF CLEAN

You choose what breaks your streak: porn only, or a stricter definition, up to hard mode. All three are always tracked, so changing your mind never loses history.

PRIVATE BY CONSTRUCTION

No account, no email, no server. Everything lives in a database on your phone and is never uploaded. Lock the app behind your fingerprint or PIN. No notification ever names what the app is for. One tap in Settings erases all of it, and there is no copy on our side: we never had one.

NO BRO-SCIENCE

No testosterone claims, no retention mythology, no superpowers. Full Clear is a self-tracking and habit tool. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. If your use is causing serious distress, please talk to a qualified clinician or another healthcare professional — this app is not a substitute for one.

Full Clear is free to download. Full Clear Pro — monthly, yearly with a free trial for eligible new subscribers, or a one-time lifetime unlock — adds lessons 4 to 30 of the program, the daily plan built from your own logs, the full trigger analysis, and a reminder that follows your real risk window.
