The Seoul Smart Inconvenience Report app, provided by the Seoul Metropolitan Government, allows citizens to report various inconveniences they experience in their daily lives anytime, anywhere using their smartphones. Reported inconveniences are received by the Seoul Metropolitan Government's "120 Dasan Call Center" and promptly processed by the relevant department. The processing process and results can also be checked through the "Seoul Smart Inconvenience Report" app.

The following permissions are required to function properly.

- Storage: Used to transfer or store photos, videos, and files on this device.
- Camera: Used to take photos and record videos, which are essential for attaching photos/videos when reporting.
- Microphone: Used to record audio when recording videos.
[Optional Access Permissions]
- Location: Used to access the device's location to provide location-based map services.
(Reports can still be submitted without permission, but if not, the reported location may not be accurate and the report may not be processed smoothly.)
You can allow/deny each permission in the application settings. However, please note that denying required permissions will prevent the app from functioning properly.

1. The location selection feature when reporting an issue uses 3G/4G, WiFi (wireless LAN), and GPS information to determine your location. This may vary depending on the surrounding environment, such as large buildings or indoors. Accuracy may be significantly reduced if GPS is not installed or if location cannot be determined using a wireless network. 2. Seoul Smart Inconvenience Reporting only accepts and processes complaints regarding facilities managed by the Seoul Metropolitan Government or delegated services.
