Starting out, just day 1 is unlocked. Complete the current days meditation to unlock the next day.
Throughout your meditation journey, you will be collecting stars. 30 straight minutes of meditation awards you 1 star. 45 mins = 2 stars and 60 mins for a glorious 3 stars!
For certain day streaks and certain number of stars, there are bonus unlockable Tao meditations.
Gamification and seeing ones personal data are two of the best ways to develop and maintain a new habit. A stats screen shows you your meditation data, including stats such as longest day streak, total sessions, total hours and average session time.
