BetterYou

Trying to get eight hours of sleep? Get your workout in? Finally finish that audiobook? BetterYou turns the things you mean to do into habits you actually keep — and makes keeping them the best part of your week.

Set your goals. We track them for you. Then you race real people to see who improves the most.

Pick goals across seven areas: fitness, sleep, mindfulness, social connection, learning, focus (screen time), and anything custom. BetterYou tracks your progress automatically wherever it can, learns your patterns, and nudges you before you fall off — not after.

AUTOMATIC TRACKING

Steps, workouts, and sleep sync from Health Connect. Connect a wearable — Fitbit, Garmin, Oura, Whoop, Withings, Polar, or Samsung Health — and it all flows in. Screen time is tracked automatically for focus goals, and place goals check you in when you arrive at the gym, the studio, or the library.

WEEKLY TRIALS

The heart of the new BetterYou. Every week you're matched into a pod of people with similar habits and schedules, then compete for seven days. Finish strong and you promote; slip and you drop — Bronze to Diamond. Sunday brings the Ceremony: your weekly score, your Bolts, and your movement, revealed at once. You're scored on improvement, not raw numbers, so a beginner and a marathoner both have a real shot.

RIVALS AND BUDDY CHALLENGES

An accountability partner makes a goal far more likely to stick. Call out a rival in your pod, or challenge a friend head-to-head on steps, sleep, workouts, or mindful minutes.

COMMUNITY AND COMPANY CHALLENGES

Join open challenges alongside the whole BetterYou community, complete missions, and climb the leaderboard. If your employer offers BetterYou, your company's challenges show up here too.

EARN BOLTS, REDEEM FOR REAL REWARDS

Every workout, every good night's sleep, every goal you hit earns Bolts. Open a daily and a weekly Bolt Box. Spend them on titles and collectibles — and with Premium, cash them out for real gift cards.

LEVEL UP AND FIGHT WEEKLY BOSSES

Everything you do feeds one progression bar. Level up your BetterBot, and every few levels face a weekly boss you damage by logging real activity. XP never goes down, and skipping a week costs you nothing.

JOURNEYS

Guided 14, 21, and 30-day arcs that lay out a few daily bounties and adapt when life gets in the way. Fall behind and the map reroutes instead of failing you.

BETTERBOT, YOUR COACH

Chat with BetterBot about what's working. Log your mood in a tap, keep private notes, and get a short daily briefing built from your own data. BetterBot also shows up as a competitor — tuned to be beatable.

SLEEP THAT ADAPTS TO YOU

Instead of one static bedtime you never hit, BetterYou builds a weekly sleep plan anchored to how you're actually sleeping, then moves it about 15 minutes a week toward your goal. You get a 0-100 sleep score covering duration, timing, and consistency. No wearable? BetterYou can estimate your night from phone motion the next morning — nothing runs overnight.

SEE YOUR PROGRESS

Explore your stats, per-goal history, streaks, badges, and earned titles. Cheer the community on in the activity feed with tap-to-grow reactions. It all works offline and syncs when you're back.

BETTERYOU PREMIUM

Premium unlocks gift-card redemption for your Bolts, the full Journey catalog, levels past 50, and more.

BetterYou Premium is $30/year. This price is for United States customers. Pricing in other countries may vary and actual charges may be converted to your local currency depending on your country of residence.
