REXA

REXA is the omnichannel contact center that unifies all your company's customer conversations in one place. With the mobile app, your agents and supervisors manage WhatsApp Business, Instagram Direct, Facebook Messenger, and email without needing a computer.

KEY FEATURES

• Unified inbox: all conversations from WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and email in a single view, without switching apps.

• Real-time push notifications: instantly know when a conversation is assigned to you or a new message arrives.

• Respond from anywhere: text, images, videos, documents, and voice notes, just like on the web dashboard.

• Share your location with a customer when the conversation requires it.

• Change your availability status (online/away) so that automatic conversation assignment is always accurate.

• Complete history for each contact: internal notes, tags, and previous conversations at your fingertips.

• Designed for teams: each agent sees what is relevant to their role and the permissions configured by their company.

DESIGNED FOR SUPPORT AND SALES TEAMS

If your company serves customers via WhatsApp, social media, or email, REXA centralizes these conversations so that no message goes unanswered, with measurable response times and complete traceability of every interaction.

REXA is an RTIC solution. The app works in conjunction with your company's web administration panel; you need an active account from your organization to log in.
