- It is operated by an independent third-party professional company (Red Whistle) to ensure confidentiality and anonymity.

- Over 500,000 executives and employees from 150 companies, including major financial institutions, large corporations, central administrative agencies, local governments, and public enterprises in Korea, are using the Red Whistle Helpline.

★ What applies to this helpline

1. Anonymity guaranteed

This system does not create or maintain internal access logs containing Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, so users cannot be tracked and anonymity is guaranteed.

2. Strengthening security

This system is equipped with a firewall, hardware web firewall, and intrusion detection system (IPS), and security control is implemented 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

3. Report storage and access rights

Reports and inquiries are stored directly on Red Whistle's secure server for security purposes and are accessible only to those authorized to process reports.

★ Precautions

- Be sure to take note of the unique number (6 digits) assigned after submitting the report or inquiry form, and check the response and progress of the audit manager by checking the processing a few days later.

- Be careful not to expose yourself. When filling out a report, be careful not to reveal any circumstances that could lead to guessing who you are.
