You can also optimise your performance and build your psychological resilience and mental fitness by using High Res regularly, set performance goals and track your progress.

High Res has been designed to assist serving and ex-serving Australian Defence Force personnel and their families to manage the daily stresses of military life, deployment, transition to civilian life and life post-service.

Developed by the Australian Department of Veterans’ Affairs in partnership with the Australian Department of Defence, High Res offers a range of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy tools taught in the BattleSMART program.
