I mentioned in the translation the factors that prompted me to translate the dictionary, and perhaps the most important of them are the following:

The Badawites - the language - to a remarkable extent have preserved their strength of phonetics, dictionary and grammar, but this does not negate the dangers they face, which are that the only repository of this culture is the breasts of men and women in the desert and in the high mountains, and that these numbers decrease with the sunset of every day. In addition to that, what we notice from the reality of this culture is that those of them who moved to live in cities, and those who were born or grew up and grew up in those cities, no longer know their language as their parents know it in that natural reservoir; I have concluded from all of this that the rate of loss in culture is now mourning with great speed and comprehensiveness.

I indicated there that it is well known that writing any language is nothing but humility and the agreement of its people on that, and that the work is still in dire need of any opinions correcting it or evaluating it. And that there are differences in the way in which we wrote the dictionary from what we have learned from writing the texts of the Badawites in the Arabic letter, as we suggest symbols for some sounds that those who read these texts are not familiar with.

We have noticed that the translated text did not cover all the language, and perhaps behind this was the purpose of writing a dictionary at that time.

We have noticed that many of the names, expressions and vocabulary mentioned in the dictionary are no longer in use among us, or that their use has decreased now, if you have not forgotten. We do not believe in perfection in the work, and we consider this work to be a serious, good, and appropriate entry that encourages everyone to list lists of Badawi words that have not been monitored, each according to his ability and knowledge.

As I explained when translating, it is necessary to write a guide in order to help the reader read the text and then assimilate the material.
