The application for recording the results of training on fitness and bodybuilding
Convenient and flexible application for people involved in fitness and bodybuilding. It will help you to monitor the results of your strength training, make exercise program to monitor the weight and muscle growth.
How to use
The application is divided into four parts:
● History - contains records with the results of training. You can add a record with the number of individual exercises approaches or the whole program. To enter the number of repetitions and weight in the approach, press the lower left corner of the item list. Click the button to the right to erase the latter approach. At the end of the list, you can add comments to records. Also in the record is, the timer button - the button with icon stopwatch lets you set the timer with dial button starts the timer itself. Click the button again to dial, while the timer is running, to put it on pause or a button with a cross to stop the timer and reset the time. Once the timer reaches the set time - it stops and sounds an alarm.
● Program - provides training programs that you can make for yourself or to modify existing ones. Use the menu to add exercise and the number of approaches.
● Exercises - contains a list of exercises that you can also modify and add new ones. Enter the name of the exercise, the group to which the exercise and the type of record: with a barbell / dumbbell / or in the simulator with their weight (pull-ups, push-ups, etc.).
● Measurements of the body - contains records with the results on obmerke. Enter your results obmerki in the appropriate fields. If you do not wish to enter a specific value, then leave it blank or 0 value.
To create a new list item, use the Menu button to change an existing - click on the desired item.
The application allows you to upload your records to an SD card, in order to further their recovery after reinstalling the application or accidental deletion. To do this, select Settings.
