The Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Pressure App has ten (10) video chapters:

CHAPTER FIVE: HALF GUARD TO FRONT MOUNT

In this chapter, I teach you the importance of applying pressure from one bottom position. Did you know pressure can be applied from all three positions?

In this final chapter, I teach you the detailed mechanics of the fist choke - the highest percentage collar choke.
