ECAROS mobile supports a wide range of car dealership processes from the ECAROS industry solution
The ECAROS mobile app enables the user to work on the move and thereby supports a wide range of dealership processes in conjunction with the ECAROS Car Dealer Management System (CDMS). A login is only possible if the corresponding module has been licensed in the CDMS.
The car dealer management system ECAROS was developed in close cooperation with many users. It supports all interfaces of the brands Skoda, Seat, Volkswagen, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles and Audi. There are also interfaces to Toyota, BMW, Ford, Renault, Kia, Hyundai, Fiat, Alfa, Lancia, Citroën, Nissan, Honda and Daihatsu. The software solution supports processes from all business areas. From sales and service to parts and accessories, time recording and accounting.
The app supports the transformation of classic processes into the digital world and enables mobile work with smartphones and tablets.
The app currently supports the following processes:
1. Dialogue acceptance
The use of the digital mobile dialog reception not only shows a high level of media competence in front of the customer and optimizes the process from order acceptance to invoicing, but also establishes a new quality standard in order processing.
With the introduction of mobile dialog reception, numerous positive effects can be achieved. For example, not only is it possible to identify and remedy defects in good time, but through dialog with the customer, the work to be carried out becomes transparent and comprehensible for him. A very strong, trusting customer relationship is created.
Through personal communication with the customer, the service advisor can better question complaints and offer additional services. In addition, due to the exact diagnosis when the vehicle is received, optimal time planning is possible because subsequent order extensions are avoided.
The dialog acceptance is delivered with a given checklist and can be used immediately. Nevertheless, each user can create one or more individual checklists with little effort. The individualization is not limited to the checklist items, but the structure can also be changed in its form. In addition, all checklist items can be linked to master data (e.g. work items, parts, packages, text modules), which are automatically posted to the associated order after the dialog acceptance has been completed.
With consistent implementation, not only will customer loyalty and satisfaction increase, but also the average income per order.
2. Inventory
The mobile inventory makes it easier to record the inventory in the dealership when counting the inventory. The recorded stocks are saved in real time in the ecaros database. The count lists can also be edited offline, i.e. without a network connection
will. Inventory preparation, final work and evaluations are carried out in the ecaros inventory module.

3. Master data maintenance
Master data maintenance enables access and maintenance of address and vehicle data. Access to the document archive is also made possible. This means that you always have the current invoice and vehicle history available when talking to your customer. Services can be designed professionally only with access to all current and historical information.
