Meine Pause - The short break program for employees of AOK PLUS

The digital program Meine Pause is available to AOK PLUS employees free of charge as part of internal company health management. It is to be understood as a source of inspiration for healthy short breaks in everyday work and contributes to physical and mental health. Use is voluntary.

The Meine Pause app supports you

• Health tips in the areas of exercise, relaxation and nutrition

to easily integrate and perpetuate health-promoting habits in everyday life.
