Habitat Perpignan Méditerranée is an ESH (Social Enterprise for Habitat) which merged with ADESTIA (subsidiary of CDC Habitat) in October 2021. Social landlord in the Pyrénées-Orientales department, ESH HPM is present in 21 of the 36 municipalities of the Perpignan Méditerranée Métropole conurbation and the town of Pia. It relies on and relies on the expertise and professionalism of its 140 employees at the service of its partners, customers and users.

The company's mission is to build but also to rent or sell, to maintain and animate a heritage of nearly 8,000 housing units. It delivers 200 to 250 homes on average per year.

The ESH HPM is attentive to progress in terms of quality of service and to be close to the inhabitants by strengthening its field staff with a desire to listen and provide social support for the most disadvantaged tenants. - 20 guards' lodges and nearly forty guards at your service.

- 4 local agencies in Perpignan open Monday to Friday from 9am to 12pm and from 2pm to 4.30pm (4pm on Friday).

- Local services: a leisure area and a digital area, located in the heart of Vernet-Salanque and managed by our partner, La Roseraie Service.
