In difficult moments of life, it may seem that this is how everyone around agreed.

Deliberately take away your things, time, force, energy.

All this endlessly angers and interferes with life.

I would like everyone to finally understand this and give you what is due to you.

Or at least stop taking it all the time.

But the world is a complicated thing.

It must be remembered that people cannot only take. Everyone always gives something in return.

It's hard to see through the anger that comes with it.

Everyone who takes always gives something in return.

And everyone who gives, also took something.

This is how balance is maintained.

A gratitude journal helps you remember this.

Words of gratitude help to calm inner anger, relieve stress and better understand others.

And through this, a better understanding of yourself will come.

Peace and harmony will come to life.

Just write thanks for a few weeks.

It doesn't have to be a person. It can be any event and object and anything.

The diary works most effectively if gratitude is expressed to what angers you the most.

It is at such moments that understanding of the causes and consequences of what is happening comes.

And with understanding comes peace and harmony.
